→ Been running for a year or more with consistent revenue? The Foundations Plan is likely your starting point.
→ Actively growing with employees, contractors, and a need for monthly reporting? Take a look at the Growth Partner.
→ Complex business with multiple entities and a need for deep ongoing support? The Scale Elite was built for you.
Question 2 — Do you have a business tax return in addition to your personal return?
→ No — I file a Schedule C on my personal return. Foundations Plan. Tax prep is billed separately at year end.
→ Yes — I have a partnership or S-Corp return plus my personal return. Growth Partner or Scale Elite — both include tax preparation for your business AND personal return.

The Foundations Plan
$550/month

The Foundations Plan is for the established small business owner who has their feet under them but needs consistent, reliable support to stay organized and compliant. Quarterly check-ins keep you informed without overwhelming your schedule, and your books stay clean all year so tax season is never a scramble.
What's Included:
— Monthly Advisory: Quarterly strategy sessions — we review your numbers, answer your questions, and flag anything that needs attention before it becomes a problem
— QuickBooks Health Check & Reconciliation: Quarterly review and reconciliation of your QuickBooks Online file
— Tax Preparation: Billed separately at year end — flat rate of $1,700 which includes your business schedule AND your personal tax return. Additional schedules billed accordingly.

The Growth Partner
$1200/month
Active support for businesses that are scaling with purpose.
The Growth Partner is for the business owner who has established a formal entity — a partnership or S-Corp with its own tax return — and who is actively growing. You need more than a quarterly check-in. You need someone in your corner every month, helping you understand your numbers, manage your books, and think strategically about where you're going.
Tax preparation is included at this level — both your business return and your personal return — because at this stage the two are deeply connected and need to be managed together.
What's Included:
— Monthly Advisory: Full monthly strategy sessions — we dig into your financials, discuss what's working, address what isn't, and plan ahead
— QuickBooks Assist: Monthly categorization, reconciliation, and reporting — your books are current, accurate, and meaningful every single month
— Payroll: Full setup and ongoing monthly management support
— Tax Preparation: Included — covers your business return (Form 1065 or 1120-S) AND your personal tax return. No separate year-end bill.

The Scale Elite
$2800/month
For the business owner who needs a true financial partner.
The Scale Elite is our most comprehensive offering and it is intentionally designed for a specific type of client — one who operates at a level of complexity that requires deep, consistent involvement. If you have multiple entities, need cash flow forecasting, want weekly touchpoints, and require consolidated reporting across your business interests, this is where you belong.
We take on Scale Elite clients selectively — not because we're exclusive for the sake of it, but because this level of partnership requires genuine capacity and attention. We won't promise what we can't deliver. And if your needs ever grow beyond what Scale Elite provides, we'll tell you honestly and help you find the right resource. That's who we are.

A Few Things Worth Noting
All packages are month-to-month. We don't lock clients into long-term contracts because we don't think we should have to. If we're doing our job, you'll want to stay. If your needs change, we'll figure it out together.
We use QuickBooks Online. All advisory package clients are onboarded to QuickBooks Online as the primary bookkeeping tool. If you're not on it yet, we'll get you set up. If you're already on it, we'll review your file during onboarding and clean up anything that needs attention.
Tax preparation is included in Growth Partner and Scale Elite. For Foundations clients, tax preparation is billed separately at a flat rate of $1,700 — which covers your basic business return and your basic personal return. If no separate business return is needed, tax preparation fee is billed separately at a flat rate of $500. Additional schedules billed accordingly.
Scale Elite has limited availability. This isn't a marketing tactic — it's just true. Deep partnership work requires real capacity and we'd rather be honest about that upfront than overcommit and underdeliver.
